Audit
We inventory what is running, what it costs, and where the single points of failure are. You get the findings whether or not you continue with us.

Plan
A written migration or remediation plan, sequenced so the highest-risk items are addressed first and nothing needs a big-bang cutover.

Build
Infrastructure defined in Terraform and committed to your repository — so the environment is reproducible and reviewable, not clicked together in a console.

Hand over
Runbooks, architecture diagrams, and a walkthrough with your team. The goal is that you do not need us on retainer unless you want us.
What we use
Common questions
Can you migrate us without downtime?
Usually yes, depending on how your data layer is set up. Stateless services can be moved behind a load balancer with no interruption. Databases need more care — typically replication to the new environment, then a short, scheduled cutover measured in minutes. We tell you which category you are in during the audit, before any commitment.
Do we get locked into working with you afterwards?
No. Everything is defined in Terraform in your own repository, and we hand over runbooks and documentation. If you want ongoing support we offer it, but the environment is designed so another engineer can pick it up.
We are already on AWS but the bill keeps growing. Is that in scope?
Yes, and it is one of the more common reasons people get in touch. Cost work usually starts with identifying unused and over-provisioned resources, then moves to right-sizing, storage lifecycle rules, and reserved or spot capacity where the workload suits it.
