The situation

Two native codebases means every feature is built twice, tested twice, and drifts apart over time. For most applications that is not a good use of budget — the platform-specific work is a small fraction of the whole.

The genuine difficulty in mobile is rarely the UI. It is state that has to survive a lost connection, background sync, push delivery, and the store review process. Those are the parts we plan for first.

    Decide the stack

    React Native, Flutter, or genuinely native. This depends on your team's existing skills and whether you need deep platform integration — we will say if cross-platform is the wrong call.

    Design for offline

    Connectivity assumptions are decided up front, because retrofitting offline support into an app that assumed a live connection is close to a rewrite.

    Build and test on device

    Real hardware, not just simulators. Performance and gesture behaviour differ enough to matter.

    Submit and iterate

    Store listings, review submission, and the first round of rejections — which are routine and worth budgeting time for.

Common questions

React Native or Flutter — which should we choose?

If your team already writes React and TypeScript, React Native has the lower ongoing cost because the same people can maintain it. Flutter tends to give more consistent rendering across platforms and is a good fit for design-heavy apps. For most business applications either works; the deciding factor is usually who maintains it after launch.

Do you handle App Store and Play Store submission?

Yes, including store listings, screenshots, privacy declarations, and responding to review feedback. First submissions are frequently rejected for minor reasons — that is normal and we plan for it.

Can you add to an existing app?

Usually. It depends on the current architecture and how much of it is testable. We will look at the codebase and tell you what is realistic before quoting.
