The engagement, step by step

Understand
Who the audience is, what the design has to make them do, and what constraints already exist — an established brand, a component library, print requirements.

Direction
A small number of distinct directions rather than many variations of one idea. Easier to choose between, and the feedback is more useful.

System
Once a direction is chosen, it becomes a system — type scale, colour tokens, spacing, and components — not a set of one-off screens.
- 04
Deliver
Source files, exported assets at the right resolutions, and a style guide. Logos as vector, so they never end up as a print-resolution PNG in a navbar.
What we use
Common questions
Do you design only, or build as well?
Both, and it is generally cheaper to do both together — no handoff loss, and design decisions get sanity-checked against implementation cost as they are made.
How many revision rounds are included?
This is agreed per project and written into the scope. We would rather set a clear number up front than leave it open and have the disagreement later.
Do we get the source files?
Yes — Figma files, vector source, and exported assets. You own everything produced.
